Treatments use Circadia and Glymed Plus skincare, which the studio describes as medical grade, in facial and body services. The Circadia Swich treatment includes aftercare products and a follow-up enzyme exfoliation facial two weeks later.
Brow services include waxing, tinting in light brown, dark brown or black, and lamination, along with combined options. Waxing is done with Mermaid Wax, a hard wax that is allergen free, vegan friendly and made in Texas. The studio does not work over another technician's lash extensions, so new clients need a removal and a fresh set first.
Bundles combine several services into one visit, such as a customized facial with a lash lift, tint and brow wax. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday 9 AM to 3 PM, Wednesday 9 AM to 6:30 PM and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday. Cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours notice. A first late cancellation or no-show is charged half the appointment, and later ones are charged in full. Late arrivals may have their appointment shortened, need rescheduling with a fee, or be charged in full. Unpaid fees must be settled before new bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
Visits begin with a skin analysis and a suggested treatment plan with a home care routine, and the studio relies on medical-grade skincare lines.
