Services cover adult cuts and cut-and-style appointments, children's cuts for clients under 10, and blow dries and styling for any occasion. Formal styling is offered for special events, and long hair carries an additional charge, so clients are asked to inquire. Color ranges from single-process root retouches and partial or full highlights and lowlights to multi-dimensional highlights and hand-painted balayage. Fantasy color and corrective color each require a consultation first. Conditioning and repair options include a deep conditioning mask, a bond rebuilding treatment, a hair gloss, a detoxifying treatment, and customized Davines and Oribe treatments.
New clients booking color are strongly encouraged to book a complimentary consultation first, and online booking for color is limited to single-process root retouches. First-time clients whose appointments run longer than two hours pay a $100 deposit at booking, which is applied to the service cost and is non-refundable if they do not show. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, otherwise half the scheduled cost applies. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Late clients are asked to call ahead, since the salon cannot guarantee services for significantly late arrivals. Prices may change without notice, so clients are asked to confirm pricing when they book.
