Hair work is the core of the menu, including hand-tied extensions, tape-in extensions, blonding, wedding hair and makeup, cuts, color, vivid color and Brazilian Blowouts. Brows and lashes are offered as well, with waxing, brow lamination and tinting, brow mapping, and Korean lash lifts with or without tint. Microneedling is sold as a 3-session or 6-session package. According to the salon, Brazilian Blowout treatments last up to 12 weeks.

A visit usually starts with booking online through Vagaro, though walk-ins are accepted. Several consultations are free for new clients. Some services need a consultation first: color correction must be scheduled before the first appointment, vivid color requires a consultation before booking, and hand-tied extensions need a deposit to secure the installation and hair order. Tape-in extensions must be bought through the salon, and brow lamination requires a patch test 24 to 48 hours before the appointment. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and services of 30 minutes or more have a 15-minute grace period. Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, closed Sunday and Monday.

The salon works one-on-one with each client and says customer service, professionalism and communication are central to its work. It offers hand-tied extension classes for licensed cosmetologists and salon teams, and makeup classes that can be taken one-on-one or in groups. Booth rental is offered to experienced stylists, and assistant positions go to newly licensed cosmetologists. Job applicants are asked to send a resume.
