The studio does not offer one-size-fits-all care. Treatments are built around each client's skin, concerns and goals, with the aim of helping clients understand their skin and follow a realistic plan. Clients are not steered into treatments they don't need or sent home with products they won't use.

Add-ons such as the Hydrojelly Mask, LED Enhancement, Inflacure Healing Mask and dermaplaning can be added to a facial. Facials range from Young & Radiant, a 45-minute option for clients 17 and under, to The Kyss Experience, a 120-minute facial that includes the neck and décolleté. The studio describes The Kyss Experience as its most luxurious and comprehensive facial. We'll Decide Together is a 60-minute facial starting at $145 where the treatment and price are discussed before it begins. Peels by Kyss start at $175 for 60 minutes or more, with three options based on the downtime a client chooses. Green Sea Peel-Liquid Microneedling is a 60-minute treatment at $250 that requires pre-treatment and is not suitable for clients with a shellfish allergy. The studio describes the Green Sea Peel as safe for all skin tones.

Practical details: the studio is open Monday, Saturday and Thursday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday until 7 PM, and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. It is closed on Wednesdays. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule by 8 PM the evening before, and a 50% service fee applies to same-day cancellations or missed appointments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
