Soft Glam takes an hour and gives a soft to natural complexion with brows, a choice of two eyeshadows, reusable mink lashes and lips. Full Face Glam, also an hour, covers a light to full complexion, brows, either light glitter or three eyeshadows, and lips, and the business says the result can last up to 12 hours. A mink lash upgrade is available for $10. The business describes Full Face Glam as its most popular choice for special events. Full and Fabulous Makeover adds further elements to everything in Full Face Glam for $145.

The ULTIMATE Birthday Cake Glam is a 1 hour 15 minute service at $165. It lets clients choose a combination of eyeshadow colors and includes 3D glitter, mink lashes and bottom lashes. The business calls it its ultimate artist experience. Eyes Only is a 30-minute option for clients who do not or cannot wear foundation, and includes brow sculpting, two to three eyeshadow applications and a lash strip.

Beyond appointments, the business offers a one-hour bridal consultation for $120, a two-hour personal makeup lesson for $300, and 30-minute virtual coaching for $75. Booking involves some preparation. Full Face Glam requires a $30 deposit to reserve, and deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be charged a $25 late fee or have the appointment cancelled. Changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged the full remaining balance, and last-minute postponements must be approved within 60 days of the original reservation. Monday requests are accepted by email only, holiday appointments carry an upcharge, and children and extra guests are not permitted at appointments. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and no makeup, with eyebrows waxed beforehand, and to leave at least two hours between a makeup appointment and their next commitment.
