Kymmie Locs

The studio is owned by Kymberlee King and works on locs at many stages, from first starter locs to ongoing retwists, maintenance and repairs. Services are listed with starting prices and approximate appointment lengths.

Starter options include locs done with the coil method, starter dreads by interlocking and starter sister locs. Larger or more involved styles include microlocs, microloc retwists and retied microlocs, interlock, crochet locs and miracle knots. Retwists and style are priced by the number of locs: starting at $65 for up to 50 locs, $75 for 51 to 69, and $90 for 70 or more. Two-strand or petals styles on 51 or more locs add $15.

Prices are starting points and may rise with the number of locs rather than hair length, and with any maintenance needed, so clients should check the price when they book. Many services need a $10 deposit, which is applied to the service total. Booking goes through Kymberlee King's profile, not the Kymmie Locs profile. Appointments that arrive 15 or more minutes late are canceled, and text replies can be slow.

The studio is open Tuesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, and Thursday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
