The clinic is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 9:30am to 4:00pm, and it is closed Sunday and Monday. Purchases and deposits, including specials, are non-refundable but may be reimbursed as in-house credit. Appointments canceled 24 hours or less in advance carry a $100 charge.

Injectable services include Botox, Xeomin and Dysport neurotoxin at $15 per unit, dermal fillers such as Juvederm, RADIESSE and lip filler at $800 to $1,000 after a consultation to set a plan, and Hyperdilute RADIESSE, a saline-diluted filler placed in a 45-minute visit starting at $1,200. Kybella for submental fat is priced at $750 per vial and is usually given in two to four treatments.

The laser menu includes light fraxel laser facials, Fraxel laser, CO2 laser for the eyes, mouth, face and neck (a consultation is required and pricing varies by client), IPL for brown and red spots, melasma, rosacea and broken capillaries, acne laser including spot treatment for active acne in teens and adults, hand laser for sunspots, body laser and the combined Kyma Laser Skin Revival. Microneedling is offered for the face, neck, decollete and eyes, along with RF microneedling. Sofwave, an ultrasound treatment FDA-cleared for lifting the eyebrows, submental area and neck and for fine lines and wrinkles, takes 30 to 45 minutes with minimal downtime. The Kyma Rapid Turnaround Lift pairs two full face and neck Sofwave treatments with one full face and neck Fraxel treatment. Attiva, a subdermal heat treatment, is offered for tightening, wrinkles, double chin and body contouring, and the Attiva page says the technology is patented after five years of research. CoolSculpting Elite handles fat reduction for body contouring and offers a dual applicator for two areas at once. Zimmer Cryo, Venus Legacy and LumiLift are also on the menu.

Facial options include custom facials at 50, 75 or 90 minutes priced at $200, $250 and $300, with add-ons such as Diamond Glow, skin tightening, cryotherapy, dermaplaning and light therapy. Teen facials, dermaplaning, Glass Skin facials and Botox facials are also available, along with PRX-T33 and Renew Dermal chemical peels and the eXO Glow and The Glow Getter facials. Medical massage is physician-led at the Norwell facility in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions, and the site says the massage service has been fully licensed since 2008. A GHK-Cu copper peptide serum is applied before each session. The Kyma Membership at $7,000 and the Elite Membership at $12,000 both include a personalized yearly plan built with a physician or nurse practitioner, with the Kyma Membership covering custom facials or massages and the Elite Membership covering a full Sofwave treatment, neurotoxin sessions and fillers.
