Every new client starts with a personalized consultation, which can be held in person or over video chat. Appointments can be booked online, or by phone at 480-818-5541 or by email at info@kylaparis.com. The Biltmore Phoenix location is open Monday and Tuesday from 9am to 7pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. The Surprise location is open Thursdays from 10am to 6pm. The studio also offers a free 15-minute facial consultation to help choose a treatment, and free 15-minute consultations for brow enhancements and Procell microchanneling.

Facial menus range from a short 40-minute facial with a double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, mask and hydration, to longer appointments with skin analysis, steam towels and a HydroJelly mask. Other facial options include a hydro-infusion facial that cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates while clearing buildup from pores, and an oncology facial focused on nourishing and soothing ingredients. Lash extensions are custom-designed to each client's eye shape, and each full set includes a complimentary lash wash.

Procell microchanneling is offered for the face, face and neck, body scars and hair restoration on the temples, crown, brows or full scalp. The studio describes ProCell as using American-made technology and growth factor serums. Permanent makeup services include eyeliner, powder brows and lip blush, with combination bundles that save $100 when booked together. The studio says permanent makeup color and design are expected to last three to five years before a touch-up may be needed, and that its permanent makeup is performed with sterile tools that follow EU REACH compliance standards. Multi-treatment packages of three or more and custom packages are available on request, and gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts from $50 to $125 or a custom amount.
