Regular fill-ins fall within two weeks of the initial set, and a mini-fill, a partial fill-in done within one week of a full set, is offered at a discounted price. Removing another technician's eyelash work is listed at $50. Permanent makeup services may require a non-refundable deposit of $150 to $200 applied to the balance, and a $50 booking deposit applies to eyelash, hyaluronic acid, body cavitation and teeth whitening appointments.

Visit basics: arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out forms, review photos and ask questions, and wait in the suite lobby rather than the parking lot. Clients get a 10-minute grace period for lateness, and the deposit is forfeited after 15 minutes. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, one reschedule is allowed, and late cancellations forfeit the deposit. Guests, pets and children are not permitted, so clients arriving with children are asked to reschedule. Balance is due on the appointment date unless a buy now, pay later option is used. Services at a client's location, or booked right before or after another service, carry an additional non-refundable fee of $60 to $100. A same-day adjustment after a late arrival or no-show may incur a $25 to $50 convenience fee.

Permanent makeup and body sculpting are not offered to pregnant or breastfeeding clients. Latex-sensitive clients are accommodated if allergies are disclosed when booking. Clients are asked to eat before arriving and to avoid eating within two hours before body sculpting. The business may decline service to clients who are rude or dishonest, to minors without parental consent, or where a contraindication applies. The business also sells lashes, lash strips, lip gloss and teeth whitening products, which are non-refundable, and describes its products as animal-cruelty free. Wholesale and custom orders need a 50% minimum deposit, and items ship one to two days after payment.
