A standard skin consultation takes 30 minutes and covers a skin analysis, a discussion of concerns and goals, and questions about skincare. A separate 60-minute Acne and Rosacea Consultation is designed for people with acne, rosacea, chronic inflammation, congestion or other ongoing skin concerns; it includes a skin assessment, a review of skin history, a tailored treatment plan and a customized home care routine, and may include lifestyle and nutrition suggestions where appropriate.

The facial menu ranges from a one-hour facial with a sculpting massage and alginate mask, and a relaxation facial built around an enzyme peel and massage of the face, neck and arms, to a 90-minute European facial with exfoliation, lifting massage, LED therapy and a hydrogel mask. Deeper options include a 90-minute back deep pore cleaning, which is open to women, men and teens, and a 100-minute deep skin cleaning and acne facial with products matched to each client's skin type. Microdermabrasion, described as non-invasive exfoliation suitable for all skin types, is also offered.

The skin care menu adds 30-minute peels for acne-prone skin, fine lines and wrinkles, and rosacea-prone skin, plus microneedling. Microneedling uses a device with fine needles to create controlled micro-channels in the skin. The business describes it as a cosmetic service rather than a medical treatment, and a consultation is needed to confirm it is suitable. Results vary, a series of sessions may be recommended, and temporary redness or sensitivity typically settles within a few days.
