The facial menu runs from the Glute Facial and Inner Thigh Clarity to The KUCHI Protocol: Intimate Skin, the Facecard Facial and The Gentleman Facial. The Facecard Facial is a 90-minute session tailored to each client, covering a deep cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, extractions where needed, a custom mask, facial massage and finishing products. The Gentleman Facial also runs 90 minutes and includes a hydrating mask along with red light therapy. The KUCHI Protocol takes 60 minutes and is designed for ingrown hairs, bumps, irritation, uneven skin texture and discoloration in the intimate zone. New clients who book it are asked to pay a $25 deposit. Clients are advised to skip shaving or waxing just before the appointment, since only a little hair growth is needed.

Waxing covers the brows, lip, chin, nostrils, ears, face, beard, chest, stomach, arms, underarms, legs, back, buttocks, and several Brazilian options for female and male anatomy. The brow service includes waxing, trimming and tweezing, with a mapping system used to find a shape that suits the face. Memberships of three months are offered for combined brow and lip waxing, Brazilian waxing, and Brazilian with underarm waxing, and benefits apply automatically at checkout in store when booking from the services page.

The business is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Saturday from 7 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
