Appointments take place at the owner's home unless another location is arranged before booking, and a $10 travel fee is added when travel is needed.

Hair appointments take about one hour, and the price depends on the style. Prices are posted on the business's Instagram page or confirmed when booking. Hair color can be mixed to order, from natural shades to pastel hues, and makeup is offered in shades from bright red to dark brown.

Between appointments, clients can book a clean-up cut and get advice on keeping their hair healthy. The stylists keep up with ongoing education in current cut and color styles and techniques.

Clients should know the house rules before visiting. Bookings must be called in to the business phone number to be finalized. Hair needs to be washed and dried before the appointment, or an extra fee applies. Deposits are accepted through Cash App and are non-refundable. Arriving 30 minutes or more late cancels the appointment, and a no-call, no-show forfeits the deposit and blocks future bookings. Cancellations up to 24 hours ahead are accepted; later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. Hours are Monday to Friday 6:30pm to 10:30pm and Saturday to Sunday 6:00am to 5:00pm.
