Designs can be added on to gel services, and each design takes about 10 minutes.
The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. It is closed on Thursdays. Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late without having told the salon in advance are covered by a grace period. Clients who cancel without a text, or do not show up, within 48 hours of the appointment are charged the full service price.
Several services require a deposit to book: $10 for gel manicures, Gel-X sets, fills and soak-off, $5 for the kids manicure, and $20 for the Bestie Deal. The salon also offers in-person Buy Now, Pay Later for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but the customer must be approved before the appointment.
The Bestie Deal is a two-person package that offers two services for the price of one, for a client and a friend. It is priced at $150 and takes about 210 minutes. The kids manicure is for ages 12 and under and must be supervised by an adult.
