Walk-ins are served by queue number, and the business does not give estimated waiting times. If a client misses their number, they should tell their therapist and wait for instructions; rejoining the queue means letting two other clients go first, which can take roughly 30 minutes or more. Tickets are non-refundable and can't be turned into cash, but unused tickets can be swapped for Kskin products or sold to another client. Packages are not sold; instead there is an unlimited monthly membership at $99 with no contract.

Before a facial, basic makeup is removed, and therapists may decline full or heavy makeup. Customers with beards don't need to shave first, since therapists work on hair-free areas, though shaving beforehand is suggested for better product absorption. Children and teenagers are welcome, and anyone under 16 is recommended to come with an adult or guardian. Clients who are pregnant should say so, because several treatments use radio frequency; the business recommends its Combo A for pregnant clients since it has no radio frequency steps.

The facials use what the business describes as Korean facial technology, marketed as hydrodermabrasion, together with its own solutions, which it describes as pharmaceutical grade and proprietary. Extractions are not performed; an ultrasonic scrubber and the proprietary solutions are used to clear pores instead.
