Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $20 late fee, and an appointment is cancelled automatically if the client is 30 minutes late. Emergency or express appointments can be requested only by text, and extra fees may apply. Styles cannot be changed on the day of service, and any problem with a hairstyle must be raised before the client leaves, as the salon does not offer refunds or repairs for dissatisfaction after that.
