A $15 deposit secures a booking and is credited toward the price of the service. Once the appointment is over, the rest of the balance can be settled with a debit card, cash, Cash App or Zelle. The deposit cannot be returned. Weekday requests made after 5pm are handled by texting the owner directly to arrange a time.

Clients are asked to arrive with their hair fully detangled, so a light detangle can be done before the shampoo. If detangling takes more than 10 minutes, a $15 detangling fee applies. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed after a consultation.

Arrival is expected on time. If the owner runs more than 15 minutes late, the deposit is credited to the service. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit is kept. Clients running late can text or call 817.808.0605, and questions before an appointment can go to the same number. Extra guests are not allowed, and children come along only if they are being serviced or the owner has agreed in advance. Clients who are sick are asked to reschedule, and anyone who arrives unwell may be turned away.
