Color services run from toner and gray coverage to partial and full highlights, all-over color and balayage. The business says its bundles can be colored and lightened up to 9-10 levels, and it recommends only professional color applied by a licensed cosmetologist.

Extension services include wig consultations, I-tip installs, tape-in installs and micro bead sew-ins, with hair sold separately. I-tip and tape-in installs require a consultation first, and the wig consultation is booked with a $25 deposit. Custom handmade wig units are built from two to four bundles, up to 16 inches for two bundles and up to 30 inches for four. They are glueless and currently offered as closure wigs only, in 4x4, 5x5, 6x6 and U-Part closure sizes, with options for baby hair, bleached knots, a light, medium or dark brown lace tint, and a choice of part. Custom orders must use new bundles, begin after full payment, and specify whether Krowned by Kyra hair or outside hair will be used.

Styling covers haircuts, blow dries, cut and blow dries, silk presses, added curls, scalp treatments and steam treatments as an add-on. Makeup services include full face glam with lashes, a natural look without lashes that requires a consultation, and a pair of lashes on its own.

Orders are processed three to five days after payment and then take an additional five to seven days to arrive. They ship by USPS, and tracking is emailed once the order ships. Returns must be postmarked within fourteen days of purchase, be new and unused with tags attached, and be arranged with a Return Merchandise Authorization number from customer service. The customer pays return shipping, and sale items are final sale. Defective or damaged products can be refunded or exchanged after contacting customer service.
