Krome Salon & Spa

Krome Salon & Spa has been serving the LaFollette community since 2011. Melissa Peters owns the salon and works as its master stylist. The salon describes itself as voted number one salon in Campbell County ten times.

The hair menu centers on natural, maintainable color and cuts. Options include base color, balayage, partial and full highlights, toners and glosses, along with Olaplex and Fibre Clinix add-ons, keratin and BTX smoothing, and classic and specialty perms. The salon also sells Bain de Terre shampoo and conditioner and offers refills on original bottles bought there.

The spa side includes facials such as a Custom Blend facial shaped by a personal skin reading, a Lift and Firm facial with a power mask, microcurrent and massage movements, and an acid-hybrid peel with a Photon Light Therapy session. A teen facial is designed for stress-related breakouts and includes extractions and aromatherapy massage. Swedish massage is offered in 30, 60 and 90 minute sessions. Lash extensions come in classic and hybrid styles, with hybrid sets mixing classic lashes with Y-lashes, and manicures and pedicures are also available.

The stated mission is to give guests excellent service in a relaxing setting so they leave feeling more confident. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice to avoid a $25 rescheduling fee, and a missed appointment without cancellation carries a $100 fee payable before rebooking. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have services adjusted or be rescheduled, with no price change. Gift certificates are sold in amounts of $20 or more.
