Every visit starts with a consultation. Hair services include a consultation, a shampoo and conditioning, and a scalp, neck and shoulder massage. Color services can include a Stress-Fix massage and a makeup touch-up. Some requests, such as corrective color or larger color changes, may take more than one visit, and color pricing can vary with the stylist's experience and advanced education and with the condition and amount of hair.

Facials follow an Ayurvedic-influenced consultation and combine plant-based skin care with aromatherapy. Options include the Customized Cleansing Facial, which runs 30, 60 or 90 minutes and can give extra time to a second area of focus; the Tulasāra facial, offered in 60 or 90 minute sessions with a choice of Firm, Brighten, Balance/Resurface, Calm or Acne/Purify focus; and the Plant Stem Cell + Plant Acid Treatment, where the skin specialist selects one of three variations to suit the skin. Steam and extractions are included when needed. Add-ons include a 30% glycolic peel with a thermal mask and a combined mechanical and biochemical exfoliation.

Makeup services include a basic application personalized to each client's features and skin tone, a makeup lesson, and eyebrow and eyelash tinting. Bridal makeup includes a trial application, a wedding day application and a complimentary lip color, and is priced after a consultation. Waxing is offered at the Studio City location for brows, lip and chin, sideburns, underarms, half and full legs, bikini, Brazilian and back, with combined leg and bikini options.

The salon says it invests in ongoing education for its team and considers further training important for stylists. It also runs an assistant program for recent cosmetology school graduates that covers Aveda foundation classes in color, cut and style. Policies to note: a $5 guest fee applies to all services, cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, late arrivals may be shortened or rescheduled, and refunds are not given for services.
