The studio is in Suite #89 (Room #124) at W Salon Suites on Douglas Boulevard in Roseville. Clients enter through the main entrance, walk straight ahead down the wide hallway, and check in at the waiting area.

Facial treatments are built around each client's skin needs and goals rather than a fixed menu. Extractions are part of the facial, and a massage of the shoulders, neck and face is included as part of the treatment. The studio works with clients who are managing a particular skin concern and with clients who book a regular monthly self-care appointment.

Products used during treatments are explained, and the studio sells skincare from brands including Face Reality, Glymed Plus, Magic Molecule, Marini Skin Solutions and SIV. The business states that its skincare is backed by clinical research. Products can be bought through the online shop or picked up at the studio.

The studio is open Tuesday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm, and every other Saturday, 9:30am to 4:00pm. Appointments are booked through the online platform, and a credit card must be kept on file at booking, with no charge made at that time. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 48 hours ahead carry no fee; later changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. Guests and children are not allowed at appointments unless approved in advance. Gift cards are available online with a custom message and a chosen delivery date.
