Facials are the core of the menu. Skin analysis is used to assess the skin and track progress over time. First-time clients start with The Signature Glow, a 50-minute facial, and advanced facial treatments are reserved for returning guests after a first custom facial. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks, with the next appointment pre-booked. Consistent clients who book 80-minute facials receive a complimentary skin analysis every 90 days. Signature enhancements can be added to 50-minute facials for a small charge, and premium enhancements are included at no added cost in 80 to 120 minute facials.

Beyond the face, the studio offers body care, including a Vajacial, a Back Renewal Treatment and a Booty Glow Treatment, along with brow, lip and full face waxing, arm, leg, underarm, tush and bikini waxing, and Brazilian waxing. A six-pack of Brazilian waxes is also available. Skin Brightening treatments target unwanted pigmentation and uneven tone on intimate and body areas, with progress built up over a series. Beauty services include lash lift and tint and brow lamination with waxing.

Booking has several guidelines. A 50 percent non-refundable deposit is required to book, and rescheduling must be made at least five business days ahead to avoid a re-booking fee. Arriving 20 minutes late or cancelling on the day counts as a no-show. Waxing should not be booked on the same day as a treatment in the same area, and clients are asked to wait three to five days between a wax and a skin or body treatment there. Some services are offered by different estheticians and must be booked separately.

Memberships come in a Signature Tier and a Radiance Tier, each with a monthly facial and a retail and service discount. Joining requires an application, three consecutive services and a six to twelve month contract. The business also offers an online Going Solo series for estheticians starting a solo practice, one-hour virtual coaching sessions over Zoom at $150 with a 50 percent deposit, and ebooks and resources, some of them still in progress.

The studio works from skin analysis, tailoring each treatment to the client and tracking progress over time, with a stated focus on skin barrier health and dark spot and pigmentation correction.

The treatment rooms are named Cloud 9 and Garden Luxe, and the studio is set up for a relaxing visit.
