Farther addresses may carry a travel fee, which is confirmed before booking, and the stylist brings a portable treatment bed, lighting and supplies.

The business is built around custom lash extensions applied to each client's own lashes. Every set is designed for the individual's natural lashes, eye shape, facial features and preferences, with a focus on balanced, wearable looks rather than extreme lengths or heavy volume. A Custom Full Set costs $180, and the style choice (Classic, Wispy, Cat Eye, Eyeliner Effect, Angel Lashes or Color Lashes) does not change the price. A full set takes about 2.5 hours, with extra time for setup, packing up and removal if needed. Lash removal on its own is $50, including the home visit, and removal is included when a new Custom Full Set follows in the same appointment.

The Korean Lash Lift is offered for clients who want their natural lashes reshaped without extensions. The lift alone is $110, and an optional RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s tint can be added for $20, making $130. Tint is only offered together with the lift. A patch test for the lift and tint is available free by prior arrangement, though a negative result does not guarantee that no reaction will occur. The lift is usually repeated every 6 to 8 weeks.

Before an in-home visit, clients are asked to remove eye makeup, clear space for the treatment bed and light, and make sure a power outlet is nearby. Parking or access details should be shared ahead of time. Booking is done through the Book Appointment option on the website or by texting Kris. The website is available in English, Russian and Spanish.

Lash work is customized to each client and aims for a natural-looking result, with the business avoiding extreme lengths and heavy volume.
