Instruments pass through three stages: Barbicide disinfection, ultrasonic cleaning, and autoclave sterilization. The first reschedule is free, and a second requires a deposit of the full service cost. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the visit, and late fees may apply. Payment by cash, cards, Zelle, Google Pay, or Apple Pay carries no added processing fee, and checks and money orders are not accepted. Tips are welcome but not expected. E-gift cards are non-refundable, do not expire, and can be used for any service.
