KR Beauty Bar & Spa is located at 1864 Scenic Hwy N, Suite 100, Studio 135, in Snellville. Its stated mission is to provide beauty treatments in a welcoming, non-judgmental environment where clients can relax and feel cared for. The spa says it aims to be clean, safe and relaxing.

The spa is the work of owner Earline (KR), who moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in esthetics. She describes the spa as the combination of her passion for beauty and her commitment to a welcoming space for all women.

Hours are Tuesday 11:30 am to 5:30 pm, Wednesday 11:30 am to 6:30 pm, Thursday 12:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Friday 11:30 am to 6:30 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Clients with high blood pressure, allergies, physical ailments or special needs are asked to tell the spa, and this is noted on a Personal Care Guide at arrival. Clients who are sick, or were sick in the last two weeks, or have sick close family members are asked to reschedule. Extra guests are not allowed in the spa or treatment rooms and wait outside or in their vehicle.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are charged the full scheduled service cost. Arrivals up to 10 minutes late are accepted; arriving later than that incurs a $15 fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Services can be held for a year before they are automatically canceled.

Products, services, packages, promotional services and gift certificates are non-refundable. Clients unhappy with a service are asked to contact the spa within 48 hours, and the spa will try to resolve the issue. Gratuity is optional, is not included in the service cost, and may be given in cash or added to a credit card payment; gift cards cannot be used for gratuities.
