The studio is led by its founder, Katy, who is listed as the founder artist. Katy's own menu includes a gel manicure with extra touches such as a broken-nail fix, one nail extension, gel removal from another salon, shape changes and two nail designs included in the price.
The menu is organised around manicures, pedicures, extensions, a few promotional and removal services, and a set of 'Smart' treatments. Several Russian-style manicures are offered, along with a gel extension option that takes about three hours.
The studio says it does not use powder or acrylic in its services. Gel removal is offered on its own, and removes gel, acrylic powder and hard gel.
