First-time guests can reserve a New Client Consultation. The visit covers a skilled skin evaluation, followed by suggested products or services and a treatment plan built around the individual's skin. The consultation is evaluation only; a facial is not part of it.
The menu is grouped into organic facials that use Éminence products. These run from a kids' mini facial for ages 7 to 11 and a teen facial for ages 12 to 18 to customized adult facials and LED-based facials for acne or age-related concerns. Dermaplaning, microneedling, PCA Skin peels, enzyme treatments and a combined resurfacing treatment make up the rest of the menu.
The spa is open most days and closed on Mondays. Thursdays run until 8:00 PM and Fridays until 7:00 PM, with shorter hours on Sundays and Saturdays.
