Kouture Nail Bar operates from a suite on Annapolis Road in Bowie and is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, closed Tuesday and Sunday. The menu covers acrylic work, where a full set adds tips for length and an overlay is applied directly to natural nails, with prices starting at $80 and design prices added at the end of the visit. Gel services start at $85 and include Builder Gel, Poly Gel and a gel manicure. The pedicure with the New Mint scented sugar scrub starts at $65 and includes a leg and foot mask, a hot towel treatment and a massage, with a choice of regular or gel polish. Bundles starting at $145 combine a nail service with a pedicure, and add-ons such as a callus treatment or paraffin wax treatment can be added for an extra cost. New clients are asked to include Soak Off on their first appointment, and the salon does not fill over acrylic nails done at other salons.

Kouture also sells press-on nails online, including the featured sets Pink Garden Glam, 24K Kouture and Mint to Be at $12.99 each. Sets are made to order, with production taking up to two weeks before shipping, and each comes with prep instructions and a prep kit. Glue-applied sets can last up to two weeks, while tape-applied sets last one to two days, and the sets can be reused with a re-up kit. Replacement nails are $10 each. Press-on sales are final, and damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
