The Virtual Consultation is a one-on-one session held remotely, with no in-person visit needed. The session covers the client's current routine, skin history, concerns, lifestyle factors, and the products they already use. Afterward the client receives personalized recommendations, guidance on ingredients and products, and a customized plan for their skin concerns. Product costs are not part of the consultation price and are bought separately. A short follow-up call of about 10 to 15 minutes is included once the products have arrived and the client has had a few weeks to test them.

The Ultimate Facial is a one-and-a-half-hour facial that addresses skin concerns and combines spa elements with corrective treatments. According to the studio, it is all-inclusive and covers every add-on.

Before any facial, the studio asks clients to prepare. Intensive at-home treatments should be avoided for a week beforehand, and exfoliating treatments for a few days before. Retinoids, hydroquinone, AHAs and BHAs should be stopped a week before a facial unless a prescribing provider says otherwise. Sun exposure and tanning should be limited for five days before the appointment. Clients are asked to bring a list of home products and active ingredients if needed, and to share medications, including over-the-counter ones, medical conditions, past skin conditions and current concerns. First-time clients with an important event coming up are advised to book about six weeks ahead.
