The business looks at the whole person. Plans take diet, supplements, stress, exercise and other lifestyle habits into account, and treatments are built up gradually, starting gently and adding more over time.

A visit usually begins with a KŌRE + Consultation, which includes an OBSERVE 520 skin analysis and a review of medical and lifestyle history. The consultation fee is applied to the first treatment or skin revision program. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup so the skin assessment is as accurate as possible. A virtual consultation, in which a skincare expert reviews current products and recommends others, is also available. Treatments are by appointment only, with in-home appointments available for a premium. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday, 9am to 4pm. No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are subject to a $100 charge.

Beyond single sessions, the business offers Silver, Gold and Platinum skincare programs in 3-month and 6-month terms. The Gold and Platinum tiers add treatments to the Silver baseline. Programs can be paid in installments through Klarna, and a membership can be frozen for up to a year or its credit transferred or gifted to a friend.

A whole-being, progressive approach: plans take diet, supplements, stress and exercise into account and build treatments up gradually over time.
