Facials cover deep cleansing, treatments for rosacea and eczema, chemical peels, a green sea peel, a microneedling facial using salmon DNA and exosomes, and facials for men. Permanent makeup includes microblading, powder brows, touch-ups for both, and lip micropigmentation using the candy lip color technique.

Clients with skin concerns, allergies or prescription skincare are asked to share them before the visit so facials can be adjusted. Lash clients arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, avoid oil or cream on the lashes and eye area, and skip caffeine and energy drinks beforehand. Facial clients arrive with a clean face and avoid exfoliating products, retinol and strong active ingredients for 24 to 48 hours before.

A deposit secures each appointment. It is nonrefundable and goes toward the total service cost. Rescheduling is available at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before, late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit. Arriving more than 15 minutes late also means losing the deposit and rescheduling, and the service may be shortened to stay on schedule.
