The spa is built around water. It describes its approach as water-based experiences meant to recreate the mineral-rich qualities of natural waters, and its hydrotherapy uses heat to soothe the body and cold to stimulate it. Many of its treatments take place under a Kohler Custom Vichy shower.

Guests can add a complimentary Circle of Tranquility circuit to their visit. It includes a 25-foot whirlpool, an 8-foot waterfall, a steam room or sauna, and an 8-foot cool dip pool. Bathing suits are required for these water rituals. The circuit runs in order: rinse and wash, whirlpool, cool plunge, steam, then the cycle is repeated three times before a final shower. Guests are asked to arrive at least 45 minutes before their service. A relaxation lounge and a spa cafe are also on site.

The facial menu ranges from introductory treatments to newer options. Several use named product lines such as Epicutis, Skin Authority, Naturopathica and Pagani Cryo T-Shock, and a few are offered in 50- or 80-minute versions. Facials include cleansing, toning, exfoliation, optional extractions and facial massage, and some begin with a skin analysis or consultation. The Kohler Waters Facial is not recommended during pregnancy, and the HydraFacial is described by the spa as a medical-grade treatment.

Massage is a large part of the menu, from Thai, cupping, lymphatic drainage and deep tissue work to couples sessions and a maternity massage with body support cushions. Massage therapists are both male and female, and guests can request a gender preference when booking. Guests can also pair a massage with a Kohler hydrotherapy service.

Services for hands, feet and beauty are also available, including Miracle Manicure and Pedicure shellac services, a range of pedicures and manicures, brow lamination and lash lifts, waxing, and makeup application. Waxing is offered Monday through Thursday, as are eyelash services. The spa advises booking several weeks ahead, especially for weekends, and notes that prices are higher on weekends and holidays and are subject to change.
