Much of the spa's offering is built around its membership program. Members receive one 60-minute Celebrity Massage or facial of their choice each month. Additional visits can be booked during the month at a lower member rate. Unused one-hour massage sessions carry over from month to month for up to six months, after which they expire.
Members can also share a massage with a friend or family member for a $20 transfer fee, with one transferred massage allowed per recipient every six months. Celebrity Members may add family members at a discounted monthly rate. A member who refers a friend, family member or coworker who joins the membership earns a free one-hour Celebrity massage or facial.
The spa also hosts spa parties, with inquiries handled by phone, and Sunday gatherings described as sisterhood events, which require an RSVP and carry a $65 fee. Gift cards are available.
The website notes that the spa is planning a refresh with new offerings in the spring, though details have not yet been published.
