Bookings are by appointment only, and walk-ins are rare. The studio is open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed on weekends. Clients need to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $15 deposit is required for some services and for new clients on certain services.
