Treatments take place in private rooms. The facial rooms are dimmed and provide blankets, and the studio describes its space as clean, private and comfortable.

The studio's aim is for the experience to feel as good as the results, with personalized, detail-focused service. Waxing is presented as a form of self-care, and facials are offered alongside it for clients who want to look after their skin. Waxing uses the studio's own wax blends, formulated for different skin types and hair textures, and aftercare products are provided to soothe and moisturize skin afterward.

The facial menu includes customized facials, express refresh facials, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano-needling, LED light therapy and enzyme treatments. Membership options for regular waxing come with member savings and priority booking, and gift cards are sold through the booking platform. A no-show or late cancellation fee applies: the greater of $25 or 30% of the scheduled appointment value.
