The studio focuses on hair removal through waxing and sugaring, covering the face, body and intimate areas, and on skin treatments. A standard facial runs 60 minutes and is priced at $78. After a wax or sugar service, clients can add a Smooth & Soothe treatment, which includes gentle exfoliation when the skin barrier allows, manual extractions if needed, high-frequency treatment, a soothing hydrating mask and a finishing moisturizer.

It makes controlled micro-injuries in the skin to stimulate collagen and elastin. It can be done on the face and neck or on a single targeted area such as the upper chest or the upper or lower back. The business says the treatment is designed for long-term skin results. A non-refundable deposit secures the appointment and is applied to the treatment.

Memberships and bundles lower the cost of regular visits. Female and male Brazilian memberships are $60 and $90 a month and include $10 underarm, stomach strip and butt strip services, discounted Brazilian facials and intimate treatments, and 10% off retail products and add-ons. Four- and six-session wax and sugar bundles are available for Brazilian and face services, along with Facial Glow bundles and Procell Microchanneling packages. Package holders get 10% off add-ons and retail products and a $5 birthday credit while package credits remain. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hair should be about a quarter to half an inch long for waxing or sugaring, usually about two weeks of growth after shaving. A 10-minute grace period applies. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service while no-shows are charged in full. Clients may keep appointments during their menstrual cycle; a fresh tampon to change into is requested. All transactions are final. Hours are Tuesday 9 AM to 2 PM, Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 3 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Hair removal is described as thorough and gentle, and skin treatments are adjusted to the condition of the skin, including skipping exfoliation when the barrier needs rest.
