Each wax is adjusted to the client's skin care needs, and aftercare is included. Appointments run longer than typical waxing because they leave room for ingrown hair care and skin treatment. Ingrown hair removal is offered within the scope of the waxer's practice, and the products used are pH-balanced.

The menu covers brows, lashes and waxing. Brow services range from trims and mid brow shaping to waxing, tweezing, tinting and lamination, with a lamination-and-shape option. Lash tint and lash lift are also offered. Brazilian waxing removes all pubic hair and the hair between the buttocks, and clients can choose to leave a small strip or triangle.

Some practical notes: waxing works best after about three weeks of hair growth, and clients with hair longer than half an inch are asked to trim first. Waxing every four to five weeks is recommended. Waxing does not change hair color or increase the number of hair follicles. Deposits are lost if an appointment is not rescheduled within 72 hours, and clients on their period do not need to cancel. The studio prefers cash. A referral program gives 20% off after one referral, 50% off after five, and a free wax after ten. Parking is available in the neighborhood.
