Clients can book single services or combine them into packages, which list a bundled price and the amount saved compared with booking each service separately. Two membership options are offered. The VIP Beauty Club includes a monthly haircut or express facial along with a 10% discount on services, a 15% discount on retail, a birthday service discount, and priority booking. The Luxury Glow Membership includes a monthly classic facial, a women's haircut and a brow wax, with 15% off additional services and retail and priority booking. Membership benefits apply automatically at in-store checkout when booked on the services page.
Booking policies are set out clearly. A 20% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment. Some services require a deposit, including highlights, balayage for new clients, and the deep chemical peel. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Package credits also apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page.
The salon is open Monday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3 PM to 6 PM, Thursday from 3 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 3 PM to 5 PM.
