KNicole Braids

KNicole Braids is a braiding business based in Cordova, TN. Services are grouped into feed-in and scalp braids, knotless braids, kids braids for children 12 and under, natural hair services, and re-touch or braid touch-up appointments.

Clients book through the business's online booking site. When booking, clients choose or add a hair color in the booking memo, and colors not on the list can be requested in advance. A deposit of $28 secures the appointment, and $25 of it goes toward the final balance. Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, though a deposit can be moved once if a client needs to reschedule. A $3 fee applies to electronic payments. The address is sent one day before the appointment, and a confirmation text arrives beforehand.

Hair is included with all braid services. The preferred hair is X-Pressions pre-stretched 3x, offered in 42 or 52 inch lengths depending on the length the client wants. Pre-stretched X-Pressions or Ruwa hair is used. A blowout is available for an extra $10.

Clients are asked to arrive with clean hair that is free of products and already blown out. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments because of limited space. Clients who feel unwell are asked to reschedule. Cancellations or changes are requested at least 2 days ahead; same-day cancellations or no-shows carry a $50 fee, and repeated cancellations may lead to a ban from booking.
