A visit usually starts with a base service, such as a fill, a full set, a manicure or a pedicure, and then a design tier chosen for the level of nail art wanted. The tiers run from simple designs with one color per finger and one contrasting finish, through multi-polish looks such as French tips, flowers, hearts and pinstripes, to detailed work with rhinestones, marble or cat-eye gel, and a top tier that includes ombre, 3D flowers and chrome. The nail tech reviews the chosen design before starting, and any price change is shared before service begins. The portfolio page shows examples labeled by tier.
The salon does not currently require a deposit to book. Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrival, and an appointment is cancelled if the salon has not heard about the lateness by then. If a client is running late and lets the salon know, the remaining time is used to finish the set or the client reschedules, depending on the service. Clients who need to cancel are asked to do so as early as possible and can rebook through the booking site. Clients who no-call or no-show are blocked from booking future appointments. Children and guests are not permitted at appointments unless the salon is told in advance and agrees. Damage to a design or nails reported within 5 days of service is addressed with the client. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, Friday 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM to 4 PM.
Each appointment begins with a base service, with nail art added as a separate design tier that the client picks for the level of detail wanted.
