Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa Livonia

Kneaded Relief has served Southeast Michigan since 2006. It began as a local massage and bodywork practice built around personal care, and it grew into a spa with three locations.

Over time the menu moved beyond massage into facials, skin care, waxing, lash and brow services, and selected spa treatments. Massage is available at every location. Facials, skin care, waxing, lifts and tints are offered at Southgate and Livonia, and spa packages vary by location.

Every visit starts with getting to know the person, why they are booking, and what kind of care suits them. For massage, the therapist begins with the client's goals, preferences and comfort, and the client can ask for changes to pressure, temperature, pace, positioning or focus at any point. Clients also decide whether they want to talk during the session. Facial appointments open with a consultation covering skin type, concerns, sensitivities and goals, followed by a skin assessment, a tailored treatment, and home-care guidance when it fits.

Client confidentiality, proper draping, hygienic practice and professional conduct are emphasized throughout. Appointments are by appointment only and can be booked online or by calling 734-246-1466. Clients may request a preferred therapist, subject to that provider's schedule. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and clients who repeatedly miss that window may be asked to prepay. Guests are asked to shower before treatment and arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for check-in and intake forms. Photography is not permitted during visits. Men are welcome for massage and spa services.
