Every appointment starts with a five-minute consultation covering health, the service and any add-ons, so the work can be tailored to each client. The salon uses professional products and techniques and aims for a relaxed, personal visit. A manicure includes nail shaping, cuticle care, an exfoliating scrub, and a hand massage with shea butter and oil, finished with a towel wrap. Pedicures are Footlogix pedicures with a scrub, masque, sea salt finish, shea butter and a hot towel. For structure gel manicures, the salon recommends an IBX nail care treatment beforehand.

Booking requires a partial payment by credit card, which is deducted from the total at the end of the service. Cancellations and changes must be made by phone at least 48 hours ahead, and changes inside that window carry a fee. Same-day cancellations are charged 50% for a first occurrence and 100% after that, and no-shows are charged in full and not rebooked. There is a 15-minute grace period. Acrylic and gel must be soaked off before the visit, or clients arrive one hour early for removal at the salon. Amex, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted, and cash tips can be placed in envelopes provided.

The salon offers a same-day no-chip guarantee on all services and a satisfaction guarantee. Complimentary repairs are provided one day after an appointment, and repairs for damage found more than three days after a visit are the client's responsibility. If a complimentary repair appointment is missed, later repairs can only be booked on Tuesdays.
