The studio serves clients across Upstate New York and will travel to clients who live far away.

Weaving uses 100% human hair to add length or thickness or to cover bald areas. The studio names several methods, including the Christina Method, Mw-1, V6-12 and corn row weaving, and notes that corn row weaving is not recommended for fine hair, thin hair or balding areas. Its newer LatestTechnology technique is patent pending. The studio says its weaving protects and stimulates hair growth and causes no damage or breakage, and that weaving checkups are generally not needed for four to six months, depending on natural growth.

Visits start with a consultation, which is by appointment only and includes a technician's preview and answers to your questions. In-office consultations with an intern cost $15 per half hour, and in-office hair weaving consultations cost $25 per half hour. Email or postal mail consultations are also available, at $30 for intern advice and $75 for hair weaving; mailed weaving consultations ask for a photo and payment by money order, check or PayPal. Consultation fees are non-refundable but count toward procedures booked at the studio within six months. Hair weaving appointments are booked at least four weeks ahead, and appointments are private and confidential.

Permanent make-up is a non-surgical micropigmentation service covering brows, eyeliner, lip color, cheekbone contouring and feature reconstruction, as well as areola and hairline restoration, beauty marks, and cover-up of scars, burns, freckles, birthmarks and facial wrinkles. Each new client has a skin patch test, and disposable sterile needles and gloves are used for every procedure. Procedures generally take 1.5 to 2.5 hours with a topical anesthetic, and a checkup is scheduled within two months. The studio says its technicians have over 15 years of experience and are certified, that satisfaction is guaranteed, and that pigment lasts about 3-5 years on darker skin and 7-10 years on lighter skin, fading over time.

Membership plans run monthly, for three months, for six months or for a year, at $10, $24, $45 and $60. Members receive 24-hour emergency service, 10 free questions per year on weaving or permanent make-up (consultation questions excluded), and discounts of 15 percent on technical beauty services and 25 to 30 percent on merchandise. Membership fees may change based on demand. The studio also offers regular make-up for photo shoots, weddings and events, plus individual lash extensions and eyelash curl.

The studio gathers client details in a consultation before giving an exact cost, and its weaving uses no tape, glue or bonding.
