The work ranges from solid-color full sets and fill-ins to freestyle designs, Halloween-themed Klawed Spooky sets, French tip sets and recreations of inspiration pictures clients send when booking. Recreation sets are priced in two tiers depending on how much art, charm or 3D work a set includes. Repairs cover one to three fingers, and larger repairs need a different service.

Booking runs through the online booking site. A non-refundable $25 deposit secures the appointment and is credited toward the service, and the balance can be paid by Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay or a card on file. Cash is accepted, though electronic payment is preferred and change is not kept. Same-day bookings and squeeze-ins carry a $15 fee, and the studio recommends booking a day ahead or at least six hours ahead.

Clients should arrive with nails free of other work, polish, lotion and oils, since the studio does not work over another technician's nails; otherwise a $15 soak-off is required. After two fill-ins a new full set is needed. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or are charged half the service price, and no-call no-shows are charged half and barred from rebooking. Late arrivals carry a $15 fee at 10 minutes, forfeit the deposit at 15 to 20 minutes, and are cancelled after 20 minutes. Children and extra guests are not permitted, and the address is sent by text or email 24 hours before the visit.
