The studio is owned by Kerry Grant, a licensed esthetician who specializes in brow services. According to the studio, each service is meant to bring out a client's natural features, in a setting it describes as relaxing and comfortable.

Booking is by appointment only. Clients are asked to arrive 5 to 10 minutes early, and a 10-minute grace period applies to late arrivals; arriving 10 or more minutes late may mean a shortened service or a cancellation, depending on the schedule. Children and guests are not allowed, so clients should come alone. Tools and stations are sanitized before and after each client, and the studio advises rebooking every 4 to 6 weeks to keep results.

New clients pay no deposit for a first visit. After one missed or same-day cancellation, a deposit is required for future bookings. Reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice and the deposit moves to the new appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours are charged 50% of the remaining balance after the deposit, and no-shows forfeit the deposit and are charged the full service total. Payment is accepted by GlossGenius, major cards, Apple Pay and cash, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and are final once sold. A referral rewards program offers perks to clients who refer others.

The studio's approach is to enhance natural features with care, professionalism and an artistic eye.
