Klash Studio sits in a suite at 1580 Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell. The studio describes its lash work as soft luxury and treats an appointment as a reset rather than a routine beauty visit. Every service is given in a private suite arranged for comfort and quality.

Each visit begins with the Klash Comfort Ritual, a personalized experience in which lashes are tailored to eye shape, lifestyle and aesthetic. Before every service a Klash Bath is performed at no cost. Clients are asked to remove all eye makeup beforehand and to come alone, since each appointment is a one-on-one session with the artist, including for children and partners.

The lash menu covers any-style full sets in classic, hybrid or volume styles, which include specific customizations at no extra charge. Fills are offered in a few forms: a mini fill seven days after a previous visit, a 2-3 week refresh on classic, hybrid or volume lashes, and an outside fill for clients coming from another artist, which requires at least 40 percent lash retention from the prior set. A Korean lash lift lifts and curls natural lashes from the root, using a system the studio describes as gentler on lash health than traditional lifts. A cleanse and removal service is available for complete removal.

Brow services include waxing and shaping, plus a no-tint brow lamination with optional remapping or reshaping and a brow wax. A Patch Test Service is offered for clients with a sensitive adhesive, with follow-up checks at 24 and 48 hours. A 10-minute scalp and neck massage with aromatherapy and scalp tonic can be added to a visit, though it is not suited to quick weaves, sew-ins or frontals.

Booking involves deposits on most services. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit and carry a charge of 20 percent of the booked service, and no-shows are charged 40 percent. If the artist reschedules for illness or an emergency, the next appointment carries a $15 discount. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or custom amounts and are final once sold. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
