The menu is arranged in tiers. Regular polish changes and manicures sit at the entry level, followed by gel and dipping powder color, then spa-style manicures and pedicures that add steps such as sugar scrub, massage, paraffin, a hot towel, or a hot stone. Manicure and pedicure combinations are priced together, and a gel add-on can be attached to a combo.

Gel X is offered as custom-sculpted nail extensions made with gel. The salon does not offer acrylic nails, and it describes its nail care as healthier than acrylic. It states that it uses TPO-free products.

Payment and booking terms: services are paid in full on the day they are completed, and cards are accepted with a $20 minimum. Booked clients get a reminder the day before and should confirm, cancel, or reschedule. Appointments need to be canceled at least 24 hours ahead to avoid a fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service fee. Clients more than 10 minutes late are contacted and given a 5-minute grace period before the appointment is canceled. Health issues should be shared before a service begins. Services are final with no refunds, warranty terms depend on the service type, and gift cards are not refundable for cash.

The salon centers on hand and foot care, pairing TPO-free products with spa-style steps added to many of its manicures and pedicures.
