Existing clients keep their sets up with a one-week mini fill, a two-week fill or a three-week fill, and a foreign fill is available for lashes that another artist applied.
Brow services include brow design, which is currently offered only to existing clients, and henna brows paired with brow design. The henna treatment tints both the brow hairs and the skin, and the tint lasts four to six weeks.
Several policies shape a visit. Fills depend on how many lashes remain attached: a two-week fill needs at least 60 percent still in place or an extra fee applies, and a three-week fill needs 50 percent. Deposits of $10 for a classic lash sale, $25 for a custom full set, $20 for a foreign fill and $10 for new clients booking henna brows are non-refundable and non-transferable. No-shows are charged the full service fee, and arriving 15 minutes late results in a cancellation fee and cancellation of the appointment. Children and guests are not permitted at appointments.
