Booking begins with a $30 deposit that confirms the appointment and counts toward the total cost. A confirmation text is sent after booking with the location and deposit instructions. There is a five-minute grace period, after which a $1 per minute late fee applies. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment, and any late fee must be paid before rebooking. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice, and clients who neither call nor show up are banned from future booking.

Makeup clients are asked to arrive with a clean face, and the service will not continue if makeup is already on.
