The spa is at 1919 Grand Ave, Suite 1H, in Pacific Beach, and is open daily from 8am to 9pm. Street parking is free and unlimited nearby. Bookings can be made online or by phone at (619) 621-1177, with Book Now, Pay Later available, and advance booking is recommended for weekends and group parties. First-time clients receive a detailed consultation on arrival. Each visit begins with a professional esthetician evaluating the skin, and the facial is then built around that evaluation with advanced techniques and targeted skincare. Guests complete a treatment and safety questionnaire beforehand, and clients usually leave with recommended products and a home-care routine.

Signature offerings include the Jet Peel facials, which use oxygen infusion and are described as needle-free, and the Platinum Custom Facial, a three-phase 140-minute service that combines a skin consultation and massage, a Zero Gravity chair session and a skincare discovery stage. The Smart Facial Bar is a 100-minute experience with a Jet Peel oxygen infusion, diamond-tip microdermabrasion, extractions as needed, microcurrent, two masks, a zero gravity massage and a skincare bar where guests can sample products. Peels, dermaplaning, nano-channeling and several technology-based facials are also offered, along with hair loss treatments and a 21 Day Hair Restoration Treatment.

The lounge has Zero Gravity massage chairs where clients can relax before or after a facial, and guests receive champagne or organic tea during their visit. Couples can book facials side by side in a private room. The spa's products are natural, vegan, cruelty-free and made locally in San Diego, and the Kiwi Spa product lines are sold on site.

Facials are customized to each client's skin, aiming for visible results as well as relaxation, with home care guidance to support the treatment between visits.
