The hair menu covers color, cuts, treatments, styling, relaxing, silk presses, wave sets and weaves. Many services are built as combinations: a cut that includes a root treatment, a color service that includes a deep conditioning treatment, or a straightening service with a no-lye relaxer. Treatment add-ons such as deep conditioning, steam and scalp work, and hot-tool styling can also be booked on their own. Hair extensions are not included unless they are discussed at consultation.

Nail services include gel manicures, dip manicures, structured gel manicures, structured gel fills and soak-offs for removing existing gel. Appointment lengths are listed per service, so clients can plan around them when booking.

Booking follows a few set rules. A 25% retainer of the total service cost is due when the appointment is confirmed and is non-refundable. Group bookings or events with several appointments need a 40% retainer for each confirmed slot. An appointment canceled with at least 24 hours notice can be rebooked using the original retainer, provided the rebooking happens within 10 days of the original date. Revisions are made before appointments are finalized to avoid double bookings. The salon does not correct or work over another stylist's work. Gift certificates are available for purchase.

Payment is accepted in cash, Zelle, Tap to Pay, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo and major credit cards. A 3% fee applies to Cash App, Venmo and credit card payments.
